Last year more than 173,000 Mo Bro and Sistas raised a remarkable 33.9 million dollars here in Canada. Thanks to their commitment we have been able to fund over 200 programs across the country that are improving the lives of Canadian men.

Thanks to the moustache in 2013 over 1.7 billion conversations about men’s health were had. Traditionally many men are reluctant to discuss their health, but what we’re doing is making a difference. These conversations are getting men to think about their health. We know that in 2013, 99 percent of participants talked to someone about their health, and 62 percent went to see a medical professional to improve their health. These conversations are working to get men talking and taking action to remain healthy.

Get moving, if you are not already. Start small and work up to 20-30 minutes of moderate physical activity, two to three days a week. Even trying to stay on the move throughout the day — every little bit counts.
